*Re-audit Policy If you attend the KP seminar February 2012 in
San Rafael and choose to re-audit the same seminar being offered April 2012 in Toronto the following applies: 1. The
fee to re-audit is $400 2. If you sign up to re-audit the April seminar and decide not to attend the
re-audit fee is non refundable (many students have chosen to re-audit and size of venue will be predicated on space requirements) 3. If you are registered to re-audit and decide to withdraw from the February seminar with the intent to only attend the
April seminar the re-audit fee is still non refundable.
Note:
Electronic devices are not permitted in the classroom. This includes laptop computers, recording devices, etc.
Registration and Cancellation Policy: Receipt of your course or seminar
fee guarantees your place in the course provided the course is not full. All written registration cancellation requests received
fourteen days or more prior to the first day of a course or seminar will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. Written
cancellation received less then fourteen days prior to the first day of a course or seminar will be refunded less a $100 administration
fee. There are no refunds once a course or seminar has started.
Hart de Fouw reserves the right to change or cancel course and seminar dates, content and/or venue. If a course
or seminar is completely changed or cancelled, you will obtain a full refund of tuition fees paid; otherwise, the Registration
and Cancellation Policy as outlined above applies. Refunds apply to tuition fees only this does not include out of pocket
expenses such as hotel, airline tickets, food etc. Please visit this website regularly for the latest information about changes
